F. Bergeronneau-Marion Cuvée Prestige Brut Champagne Premier Cru

Champagne Florent Bergeronneau Marion is located in Ville Dommange a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims region. This Champagne is made of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier with a residual sugar level of 7 grams per liter. After the first fermentation the wines have spent 7/8 months in French oak barrels, giving it more depth and a long after taste. Flavor wise it is nice and full, but still some citrusy freshness, maybe even a touch of vanilla. Great with some fish in a butter sauce or grilled scallops.
