The Champagne house of Bergeronneau Marion is located in Ville Dommange, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Their vineyard is some 10 hectares en 50% is used to grow Pinot Meunier, 25% for Pinot Noir and 25% for Chardonnay grapes. This Grande Reserve was made of 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes, and they stay sur lie for some 4,5 years. This Grande reserve has a residual sugar of 8 grams per liter, A delicate mousse, nice and crisp wine, little bit of lemon with a nice long aftertaste.
