Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
In the vineyard:
- The soil is worked mechanically
- Sand and clay sub-soil. Mid-slope position
- Manual harvesting. Vines have an average age of 30 years
Vinification:
Temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation prevented for the chardonnay.
Ageing: 6 years minimum in our cellars.
Tasting notes:
- Colour: golden yellow
- Nose: intense aromas of stone fruits (mirabelle plum), toast and brioches notes
- Palate: ample and intense attack followed by freshness and tension with notes of citrus
